About Kolding

Kolding_-_Koldinghus3Kolding is a city of approximately 60.000 inhabitants, located at the south eastern point of Denmark’s Jutland peninsula, and approximately in the centre of Denmark. The main landmark of the city is the Kolding Hus, once a royal castle and now a museum located on the side of a small lake, Kolding Slotsø (the “castle lake”). The city is also known for its art and design museum, Trapholt.
